Thanks for your question! We actually cover “lo que” in this separate competency, as it has a different usage from el que / la que / los que / las que. In this lesson, the focus is specifically on those forms that agree in gender and number with a noun.

“Lo que” works differently because it’s a neuter relative pronoun and doesn’t refer to a specific noun with gender. For that reason, we teach it in its own dedicated competency to keep things clear and avoid mixing two distinct structures.
