I have checked 2 different dictionaries for the vosotros form of liar in the present subjunctive and both say that there is no accent.

I have checked it too! No accent is shown in the subjunctive form of liar in the dictionary I checked.

Yes, you're right. I corrected the typo.
It used to allow the accent but in 2010 the R.A.E changed it and decided these words forming a triphthong (iai, iei) in monosyllabic words shouldn't take the accent.

FYI: It's really hard to read the white font on the white background in this table. If the white font were replaced with black in those cells that would be amazing. :)
