Included in the possible answers in the mini-quiz are:
1. Ni un bocadillo ni un burrito me apetece. (Correct)
2. Me apetece ni un bocadillo ni un burrito. (Incorrect)
Can you please explain how placing "Me apetece" at the beginning of the sentence instead of the end changes the meaning and makes it incorrect?

The sentence marked as incorrect doesn't have "no" in front of the verb -if you start with the verb, this verb needs to be in negative; so the correct sentence would be:
No me apetece ni un bocadillo ni un burrito.

It will be interesting to see the answer. However I wonder if it has something to do with making the me apetece negative e.g. no me apetece .... if it goes at the start of the sentence.
