The first question is: ¿Cómo has llegado hasta aquí?
This is the first time that I've seen the use of "hasta aquí". Is there a special reason to use that expression instead of simply "aquí"?

Hola Marcos R.
Good question!
Both ¿Cómo has llegado aquí? and ¿Cómo has llegado hasta aquí? are correct and natural.
The difference is subtle. Aquí simply means "here", while hasta aquí emphasises the destination or endpoint of the journey, meaning "all the way here".
So, ¿Cómo has llegado hasta aquí? puts a little more emphasis on the journey you've made to reach this place.
I hope this helps!
Un saludo
Silvia
