Gramatical question

In the third sentence, all the words in the list of nouns have a definite article in front of them, except for "tiranía." Why is that? It seems inconsistent.

I've checked the exercise, and the answer with the definite article "la" for 'tyranny' is also accepted as correct. Simply, it is not considered the model answer because it sounds more natural to omit the last article in a list, but grammatically speaking, it's equally correct to use the article.
