Este or esto
This question relates to:Spanish lesson "Demonstrative adjectives: este, esta, estos, estas to say this/these in Spanish (Adjetivos demostrativos)"
Asked 2 weeks ago

Hola Dee H.
You use "este" when referring to a specific masculine noun, like in "Este camión es muy grande", where "este" agrees with "camión".
On the other hand, "esto" is a neuter form used for general or unidentified things — for example, "¡Esto es increíble!" Since "esto" doesn’t go directly before a noun, "esto camión" would be incorrect.
So in your example, "Este camión es muy grande" is the right choice. Hope that helps!
Saludos
