Why is the passage below la instead of lo?
¿Está viendo la última película de Almodóvar? Sí, la está viendo.
Is he watching the last Almodóvar movie? -Yes, he's watching it.

It´s using "la" because that "it" is referring to "la película" and it's feminine.
