The audio is “Le dije que podía usar su movil cuando terminase su deberes...”
The written statement is ”Podría usar su movil cuando...”
Does the imperfect also trigger the imperfect subjunctive? Or is podía in the audio incorrect?
Thanks
Shirley

Hola Shirley
We fixed the audio. It's now matching the text: "Podría usar su móvil cuando terminase los deberes".
If we had used "podía" instead of "podría" this would have also used the subjunctive, but what really triggers the subjunctive is the clause with "cuando" - if after cuando you have a hypothetical sentence, the subjunctive is needed.
