Exactly as Marsha said - that adjective has only one form that we use for both masculine and feminine, and that is fuerte. (there is no fuerto or fuerta)
Other adjectives ending in -e are for example: grande (big), verde (green), amable (nice), inteligente (intelligent)...

Because the masculine and feminine forms of the adjective fuerte are the same i.e. ella es fuerte y él es fuerte. Therefore the adverb is fuertemente.
