Adding it’s to name meaning

My friend, that I correspond with from Costa Rica added it into my name. So Alishita, does this have a meaning?

Hola Alisha

That's nice: "Alishita". It doesn't have a meaning, it's just a "nice/lovely" way to address someone you have a nice relationship with, friends and family do it all the time. You add the suffix -ito/ita to the name and makes is more "caring, loving". In my case I would be "Inmita".

I hope this clarified it for you.

Saludos
