Hola Alisha
That's nice: "Alishita". It doesn't have a meaning, it's just a "nice/lovely" way to address someone you have a nice relationship with, friends and family do it all the time. You add the suffix -ito/ita to the name and makes is more "caring, loving". In my case I would be "Inmita".
