The modal verb poder (to be able to) is a verb that has a o>ue stem change in El Presente therefore it also has the same stem change in El Presente de Subjuntivo.

Notice how the -o- from the infinitive has switched to a -ue- in all forms except for nosotros and vosotros.
Their endings are the same as other -er regular verbs in El Presente de Subjuntivo.
