My friend Raquel is vegan, she eats fruits and vegetables. She does not eat products of animal origin. She prefers this diet because it is healthy and respects the environment more. In addition, it improves mood, skin and athletic performance. I am seriously thinking of adopting this lifestyle because it's very good.
