I'm going to introduce myself, I am Eduardo Gómez, psychologist, and I'm going to teach you some tools that you will need to develop your emotional intelligence. First of all, control your emotions, as they are extremely powerful. Secondly, accept everyday frustrations, as they will help you to be more realistic. Thirdly, don't let stress rule your life. In addition, it is important that you learn to manage conflicts assertively. In this way, your life is sure to be more pleasant and you will feel better about yourself.
