My friend Carmen lives in optimism, she always thinks positively even if some situations are bad. She says you have to eat well, get enough exercise and sleep so that negative thoughts don't invade your life. Also, she surrounds herself with people of good character that bring her gratifying experiences. We can all change our way of thinking so that we are happier. The brain is a powerful organ which we can transform with thoughts. I wish I were Carmen and smiled as much as she does because her smile transmits positive energy.
