How the test works

Here's a preview of the text for the writing challenge, when you're ready click the start button above:

Do you feel like trying a typical Puerto Rican dessert? Well you should try a tembleque, which means "strong tremor". This is made with milk and coconut cream, cornstarch, lemon zest and cinnamon. All these ingredients can be made at home by hand which would give an exceptional quality to this dessert. When the tembleque is served, it will have a jellied consistency that you will love, just like Puerto Ricans. Finally, you will have to sprinkle the top with a little cinnamon so that the dessert is ready to be eaten.

Clever stuff happening!
