Un viaje a la selva

Andrea tells us about her ideal holiday. In this exercise, you'll practise the conditional tense, the position of pronouns, and how to say "to hope to do something".

Pay attention to the hints!

Some vocabulary you may want to look up before or during this exercise: "to stay (hotel)", "single room" and "to bathe".

I’ll give you some sentences to translate into Spanish

  • I’ll show you where you make mistakes
  • I’ll keep track of what you need to practise
  • Change my choices if you want

My ideal holidays [US: vacation] would be in Guatemala. because I have always wanted to visit this country. I could take a trip to the jungle since I am passionate about nature. Also, I love animals. I would stay in modest accomodation, in a single room. I think it would be very relaxing to rest in this environment. During these holidays [US: vacation], I'd like to mix with local people, I would take lots of photos, I would bathe in a river and would ride a bike. I hope to go some day.

Clever stuff happening!
