It's time to return to my favourite subject of food, this time pairing it with wine with my twin favourite subject of travel!
As it's going to be a while before we get to do any actual travel, I was interested in the way the Spanish Lonely Planet website has reinvented itself with its #viajamosdesdecasa hashtag, and in particular their Viajar con los sentidos: cocinas del mundo section caught my eye. There, I saw this recipe which looks delicious:
