Would a correct answer to this also be ¿Se deben estudiar más?

When does, if ever, the se change to me for example?

In this construction, can the "se" also go at the end of the infinitive, like this:

    No debe fumarse.

?

Using an online translator to translate "Then it can be demonstrated that the statement is true."

I get "Entonces se puede demostrar que la afirmación es verdadera."

In the English translation it is optional whether you say "it can be demonstrated" or "one can demonstrate".

Is this the same construct as the one covered in this lesson? If so, should there be examples of it above? If not, is there a lesson that covers this one?

While working in a Spanish-speaking school, the kids would say, "Se puede entrar?" to ask if they could enter the class room. The teacher would respond by saying, "Sí, se puede." Why would they use this form? It's like saying, "Can one enter the room?" Is it actually a passive question instead?

I'm confused as to why this lesson exists. Doesn't this one Using se debe/n and se puede/n + infinitive to say you must / you can (passive) already cover it??
