You would say:
Tú vives en Barcelona. — You live in Barcelona (informal)
Usted vive en Barcelona. — You live in Barcelona (formal)
Ella vive en Galicia. — She lives in Galicia.
Él vive en Galicia. — He lives in Galicia.
Notice that usted, él and ella all use vive, while tú uses vives.
