Why "desgustar"?

Why "desgustar"?

A great article which I thoroughly enjoyed and will watch and read a few more times. Why was the word "desgustar" used as: "bebidas para desgustar"? Is it an entendre doble somehow? Maybe disfrutar?

Hola Garry,

The verb 'degustar' means to taste. In this passage I take it to mean 'to sample the drinks', 'to have a taste of the drinks there'.

Just my opinion though :)

Larousse doesn't even have desgustar listed but Spanishdict says: "to upset/ to not like". I can't find any other reference as "to sample" or "to taste". I see "gusto" as a synonym for "sabor" and there's disgustar but no desgustar . . .

HELP!

Sorry there Garry...it should be 'degustar'.
