In the above example from a kwizz I understand the use of the present participle but should the subjunctive conjugation of seguir and continuar not be used here? Thanks

I'm not sure which test-question you're referring to. There are some that are using the subjunctive and some the indicative, but I checked all of them and they all seem correct.
If you tell me which one it is you think it's wrong I can double check for you.
