Third person singular conjugation pretérito of crear

The table (and quiz questions) say “creo” is the pretérito third person singular conjugation. My conjugation app and ChatGPT say “creó”. Which is correct? If “creo” is in error, please update the table and quiz questions. Thank you!

Hola Doug

I checked the lesson, the examples and the test-questions but I can't find any typo. The table is using creó correctly with the accent as you can see in the screenshot. Could you please indicate where you saw the typo so we can correct.

Saludos

Inma

"Creó" (with the accent mark) is the correct third-person singular preterite conjugation for the verb crear.

Creo (without an accent) is the present tense (I create).

Creó (with an accent) is the preterite past tense (he/she/you created).

You and your app/ChatGPT are completely right—the table and quiz questions definitely have a typo there and need to be updated!

Sorry. Everything I said was wrong. I meant all of the above for Criar. Conjugated in the examples as “crío” but I thought should be “crió”. Sorry for the confusion.
