The subjuntive me encantan

If the encantan is third person plural because of actividades, then shouldn't it be se encantan?  Wouldn't quiero be a better verb?

Hola Patricia

When we use the verb "encantar" in Spanish, we use it with indirect object pronouns: me, te, le, nos, os, les. These reflect the person who "likes/loves" something. 

So, in this sentence: "Me encantan todas sus actividades." you need "me" to reflect "I love...".
