Should this be fueron? Or am I missing something?
This question relates to:Spanish lesson "Conjugate dar in El Pretérito Indefinido (simple past)"
Kwiziq language super star
I imagine you are referring to this question that is asking to conjugate "dar" in El Pretérito Indefinido, "Ellos ___ un paseo por el parque. (They went for a walk in the park.)".
"To go for a walk" in Spanish can be expressed in two different ways: "dar un paseo" or "ir a dar un paseo". In this case, we chose verb "dar" as it is a lesson about its conjugation.
So this sentence "Ellos ___ un paseo por el parque" would be "Ellos dieron un paseo por el parque" (or "Ellos fueron a dar un paseo por el parque").
I hope this helped.
