When I tried to take the quiz, the questions were posed in English. Consequently I got zero However, when I looked at the details correct/incorrect responses, these were presented in Spanish.

I am not quite sure what you are referring to. The questions have a text in Spanish with a gap to be filled in, and then the English translation on the side.
Could you send a screenshot so we can see exactly what the problem is please?
