Que without an accent

Question

I've seen your lessons on que without an accent including one on que used in question format with indicative to indicate disbelief. But my question is about que without an accent in declarative statements that seem to show emphasis or surprise.

I can think of one example. "Ahora que recuerdo!"

Is there a lesson on this type of que or can you explain it a little? Is it simply emphasis and can I use it an any sentence where I want to put emphasis?

This que in "Ahora que recuerdo..., ...." is a conjunction meaning "that" (Now that I remember..., ...) We don't have a specific lesson for "que" when it's used in sentences showing emphasis/surprise because there doesn't seem to be a pattern. What I mean is that there isn't a specific set of sentences using "que" without the accent that expresses that. 
We do have a lesson in A2 about the basic use of the conjunction (and relative pronoun) "que", mainly highlighting that you cannot omit it in Spanish, while you generally can in English. Here is the lesson if you'd like to have a look.
