You could, but it would sound a bit odd to use "hayan hecho". The perfect subjunctive is used more when referring to something in the future, for example:

"Mañana estaré sola toda la tarde, desde que se hayan ido mis suegros después del almuerzo."

Here we are referring to "since something will happen", future.
