This is a specific structure that we use to express a command (or soft request): "que" + present subjunctive. So, in this sentence from the exercise: "Anyone who wants to apply for this job, send your CV", the command bit "send your CV" would be expressed with "que mande su CV". We add the literal translation to help (that sends...).

There is a lesson coming up explaining this use of "que". I will give you some other examples so you can get a better idea until the lesson is public.

"Los niños, que se pongan de pie, y las niñas que se sienten."

(Boys, you stand up, and girls, you sit down.)

The context here would be a teacher asking the pupils to do this in the class.

"¡Antonio, que te comas las lentejas!"

(Antonio, eat your lentils!)

This would be a mum telling her son to eat up his food.
