Online tutors...

I'd like to ask if any of the students here have had any online classes with a Spanish Tutor? Now that Kwiziq have partnered with LenguaTalk I've been thinking about having some classes, since I really want and need to start speaking this beautiful language. Until now, I've never felt confident about choosing a company since there are so many.

If anyone one has had any classes: How has your experience been? Is it making, or has it made, a valuable difference in your Spanish language journey? Do you consider it value for money?

I have looked at some of the teachers introduction videos and they all seem lovely people. It's hard to choose out of them all! 😀

I use Baselang and love it. It has really advanced my learning. There is a program with unlimited hours of one on one tutoring for a fixed fee per month of which I take advantage. I found most of the instructors to be great. There are videos of each instructor where they introduce themselves. I use these to find ones that are more experienced (usually older). I highly recommend this or any similar program to improve your speaking and listening skills.

Hola Jeffrey,

Thanks so much for this, I really appreciate it. I'll certainly take a look. It's great to know that it's helped you improve your spoken Spanish!

I'm glad you mentioned that you tend to look for older, more experienced tutors. I've nothing against younger people but I'd prefer someone with a long-time teaching background.

Well I think I'm going to have to take the plunge and go for it! I'm so eager to start conversing.

Thanks again Jeffrey and all the best on your Spanish language journey 😊
