Not a helpful lesson

Question

This might be the least helpful lesson out of 4 months of using kwiziq.  This could really be updated to be more helpful.

Hola Michael L.
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you didn't find this lesson helpful.
We'd really appreciate it if you could tell us a little more about what you found lacking. Was the explanation unclear, were there not enough examples, or was there something specific you felt was missing?
We're always looking for ways to improve our lessons, so your feedback would be very useful in helping us make this one better.
Thanks in advance!
Un saludo
Silvia

I just scrolled through all the questions and comments and now note others have noted this lesson is unclear, yet your responses are quite unhelpful("I don't know what is unclear").  So, I'll pass and commenting further.
