I am in the Latin American course. Anaranjado is more common for orange in Latin America. Anaranjado does change -o or -a endings.

Hola Nat
Yes, anaranjado / -a is also used in parts of Latin America. Bear in mind though that "naranja" as a colour and invariable is also used in all Latin America, like in Spain. But to acknowledge the use of anaranjado as well, we'll include it in a note in the lesson (as well as rosado).
Gracias y un saludo cordial
Inma
