"intend" vs. "plan on"

"intend" vs. "plan on"

In this subject, there was one quiz question I had where "do you intend" and "are you planning on" were both present. I chose "planning" and it was marked wrong. In today's questions, there was no "intend" and only "planning on" and it was right. Please try to make these consistent, preferably by accepting "planning on" for both questions.

Hola Scott O.

Thanks for pointing this out. You're right that "intend to" and "plan on" can both express the idea of pensar + infinitive in this context.

We'll review the questions to make sure the accepted answers are consistent and that both options are accepted where appropriate.

Thanks for helping us improve the exercises!

Hasta pronto

Silvia
