I answered "tú está aburriendo", but the answer is "A ti, te está aburriendo"

Should I add "estar + gerund" to list of verbs that act like Gustar?

It's not "estar+", it's "aburrir" that acts like "gustar". For example, "él te aburre", or "él te está aburriendo", or "él te ha aburrido", etc., etc.
