Yes, we use le gustaría/les gustaria for the formal usted/ustedes. So:

Señora, ¿le gustaría tomar un café?

Madam, would you like to have a coffee?

Señores, ¿les gustaría tomar un café?

Sirs, would you like to have a coffee?
