Feas o feo?
Is it ¡Qué feas! instead of ¡Qué feo! because the speaker is referring to a noun that is feminine plural ?
This question relates to:Spanish lesson "Forming Spanish exclamatory sentences with qué [noun] or qué [adjective]"

Hola Pippy
Yes, exactly. When qué is followed by an adjective, the adjective will agree with the noun it is referring to. I will actually add a little note to the lesson about that.
