They are equally correct. The system marks them both as correct.
Your report page is saying "nearly correct" because that test-question is asking you to choose "all correct" answers. You only marked one as correct, so the system interprets this as nearly correct as you are missing another possible correct answer. In this type of questions you need to tick all the answers that are correct in that case.
