Alemania. With an imperative it can only be placed right after it and attached

Please clarify what is meant by each it. 

I assume the first it refers to the reflexive pronoun and the second  it refers to the verb.  BUT ONE CANT BE SURE

I see what you mean! I have changed the text and removed all the instances of "it" - a case of too many pronouns spoiling the explanation of the pronouns!
