Ana goes to the nutritionist for the first time. She wants to lose weight and feel better. The nutritionist listens to her attentively and then gives her some advice. "Eat more fruit and vegetables every day." "Drink at least two litres of water." "Avoid sugar and fried foods." "Don't skip breakfast, it's very important." "Cook at home and eat less in restaurants." "Do exercise three times a week." "Sleep eight hours every night." Ana listens to all the advice and writes it down in her notebook. Now she's ready to start a healthier life.
