Today I'm at home and thinking about my life. I'm always tired and don't want to do anything. But today something different happens. My friend Sara calls me and invites me to the park. I say yes, and go with her. In the park, I breathe fresh air and feel better. Then, I understand one thing: I need to take care of myself and rest. I'm going to try this with determination.
