I bought a new phone for Black Friday and was very excited to try it out. However, after a few days, I noticed that it wasn't working properly. The screen sometimes didn't respond. Also, the sound cut out during calls. I decided to return the phone because it was defective. I went to the store where I bought it and explained to the seller the problems I was having with the phone. The seller checked the phone and confirmed that it was defective. He offered me a replacement or a refund. I chose a refund because I no longer trusted that model. The return process was quick and easy. They returned my money back within a few minutes. Although I was disappointed, I was glad that they accepted the return. Now, I'm looking for another more reliable phone. I learned that it's always important to check products thoroughly when purchasing them.
