My friend Sofía felt exhausted and it did not disappear with rest or medicine. One afternoon, while she was walking through a garden, she met an old woman who explained to her that her body and mind were unbalanced, but that it was possible to restore the lost harmony. Besides, she told her that the garden was special, a place of energy healing, and therefore Sofia began to go there daily. She sat in silence, breathing deeply, surrounded by nature. After a few weeks, her fatigue diminished considerably; the garden had healed her!
