Cook this ideal-for-Easter recipe! The first thing you need to do is boil the cod. and crumble it into smaller pieces. Then, you need to make the sauce in a frying pan. with olive oil, onion, garlic and red pepper. Next, add crushed tomatoes, capers, olives, a bay leaf and the shredded cod in the pan. Stir the mixture well, pour white wine over it and let it simmer so that the flavors mix. Add pepper as desired and, before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Finally, serve this delicious cod over white rice or accompanied by tostones, which are fried green plantains.
