-Good afternoon. I would like to have my hair done. -Sure. What do you wish to get done today? -I would like [my hair] washed, cut, and styled please. -Certainly. Let's move over to the sinks. Do you have any preference for the shampoo and conditioner? -Yes, I would like some kind of product for fine hair, please. -Very good, now you are ready for your cut. I need you to look forwards. Where do you usually part your hair? -On the right side. -How much do you want me to cut? And would you like me to layer it too? -Maybe a little bit at the ends and some layers sound good. -Of course. Do you want me to blow-dry your hair? -Could you blow-dry it and also style it a bit? -All done. What do you think? -I love it. It looks great. Thank you very much.

Clever stuff happening!
