Although the potato omelette is very popular in Spain, not everyone prepares it the same way. For such a simple dish to cook, there is a great gastronomic debate throughout the country when it comes to making it with onion or without onion. For those defenders of the potato omelette with onion, this dish would not be so juicy without this precious vegetable, however, the detractors of the onion do not think it is necessary, since eggs and potatoes are already tasty enough. Due to this curious national debate, several surveys of the population have been carried out, where they have been asked about their preferences, the conclusion has been that people prefer the omelette with onion, but the controversy is not over and everything indicates that there will continue to be an eternal debate between the onion lovers and onion haters.

I'll be right with you...
