Do you feel like making a homemade Three King's cake? So let's start! First, use strong flour [US: bread flour], warm milk and fresh yeast. After waiting 2 hours, put the dough in a bowl and add sugar, lemon and orange zest, salt, milk, 2 eggs, orange blossom water and melted butter. Now stir the whole mixture, sprinkle some flour on the table and knead. Then, make a doughnut with the dough, paint the doughnut with egg and add glazed fruits and almonds to decorate. Finally, put the surprise in the Three King's cake and bake the Three King's cake.
