Since it's almost Halloween, let's make a delicious pumpkin pie! First, let's bake a pumpkin to make puree with it. Next, we prepare the pie pastry with flour, butter, egg, cold water, salt and sugar. When the pastry has rested in the fridge for half an hour, let's place it in a mold to bake it and let's put dry chickpeas on top to prevent it from rising. While the pastry is baking, let's make the pie filling. For this, we will need to mix the pumpkin puree with sugar, salt, spices, evaporated milk and an egg. Finally, let's pour the filling into the pastry case, let's place it in the oven at medium height, let's leave it in the oven for at least ten minutes and let's enjoy our pumpkin pie!
