Feel refreshed with a good pisco chilcano, a classic Peruvian cocktail. To prepare it, serve the pisco in a glass, lemon juice, a few drops of Angostura bitters and add plenty of sugar. Then stir everything until the sugar dissolves and add finely crushed ice, a slice of lemon and fill the glass with ginger ale. This cocktail would be an adaptation of the famous English gin and tonic, but much more aromatic than the latter. In addition, the pisco chilcano is one of the most complete cocktails to prepare and it is extremely delicious for the palate. Include it in your cocktail recipe book!
