To prepare a delicious mangú, boil water with a little salt in a pot. Meanwhile, peel some green bananas and cut these in half. Then add the bananas to the boiling water and wait ten minutes. Later, you have to mash the bananas and add cold water and butter. Then, heat a little oil over medium heat and fry an onion cut into rings. Finally, place the banana puree on a plate and on it the fried onion rings. Enjoy!
