I'm so lucky! There is a gym in my office and I don't need to go out to do exercise. Also, I love the athleisure style and we can wear this type of clothing in our office because the dress code is more informal. I usually wear a cotton t-shirt and some chinos. This is an incredible advantage, with the athleisure style I can work and do sports.
