Haber is irregular in El Presente in Spanish.

Note that in El Presente the 3rd person singular of haber has two forms,  ha and hay.  Hay is an impersonal form used on its own to express there is /are.

The full set of six forms is used with the past participle of a second verb to form the present perfect tense in Spanish. For example:
